The Clerk fulfills the duties of the village administrator within the village government. These includes providing information on vital statistics, such as birth, and death certificates. We also handle FOIL (Freedom of Information Law) requests for public documents.
Copies of the village budget, board minutes, and zoning ordinances are available at the Village of Menands Clerk’s office for public review. Copies can be made upon request.
