Local Law #5 of 2023 a Local Law Amending Chapter 169, “Zoning of The Menands Village Code by Adding Schedule 4, Frontage Types and Law #6 of 2023, A Local Law Amending the Menands Village Code by Repealing Chapter 30, “Planned Development Districts”, Chapter 100, Gasoline Stations”, Chapter 140 “Site Plan Review”. and Chapter A172, “Site Plan Review Regulations”.
