Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held regarding a Special Use Permit application for 93 Broadway submitted by YINCAE Advanced Materials, LLC.

The Public Hearing will take place on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 6:00 PM, in the Village Board Room, located on the second floor of 250 Broadway, Menands, New York. The regular Village Board Meeting will follow the Public Hearing.

Residents may also attend the meeting virtually via Google Meet by using the following link:

These public meetings are open to all and are designed to be accessible to individuals with disabilities. The Village sincerely encourages public participation.
