Proposed Development for Daughters of Charities Ministries of St. Vincent DePaul.  They are applying for a Use and Area Variance for this proposed project for development of independent and assisted living units, memory care units and 60 cottages.

Daughters of Charities Ministries is located in an “R” Zone.  Chapter 169 Schedule “A” does not list this proposed development as a “Principal Use Permitted by Right” or a “Use Permitted by Special Permit” therefore is not allowed in a “R” Zone.

Also, Chapter 169 Schedule “B” stated in an “R” Zone the maximum Building Height is 35’ and the number of stores is 2 ½.  The primary building height is 79′ and exceed 2 ½ stories.
