ZBA PUBLIC HEARING

Due to the increased Positive COVID-19 cases, the ZBA Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. will be held via Google Meets to consider the following application for an Area Variance and a Use Variance.

Harmony Prima Lofts, LLC is applying for an Area Variance at 1 Broadway for relief from current setback regulations to construct garages at the property.

The location on the property of the potential garages is encroaching on the minimum rear setbacks based on Chapter 169, Schedule “B” of the Village Code. The Harmony Prima Lofts LLC is located within the Broadway Business District (BBD) zone.

Vertical Bridge Development LLC/Co-Applicant Cellco Partnership d.b.a. Verizon Wireless has proposed a “Vertical Bridge” (cell phone Tower) at 15 Elmwood Road Extension, also known as 381 Broadway, zoned in the Broadway Business District (BBD) and is applying for a Use Variance for this proposed project.
