ZBA PUBLIC HEARINGS

A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. at 250 Broadway to consider the following application for an Area Variances.

Johnathan Geist, 1 West Kenmar is looking for an Area Variance for proposed garage structure to be built within the minimum setbacks in the R-1 Zone in the Village Code.

The location of the potential garage is encroaching the minimum rear setbacks of 20” based on Chapter 169-15 (G) of Village Code. The property is in the “R-1” zone.

Nurettin Ulukaya – Daniel C Kaufman PE – 33 and 37A Clifford Road they are looking for an Area Variance for development of a new home.

The property is zoned in an R-1 area with the minimum lot dimensions as follows:

(1) Minimum lot size:8,000 square feet …… lot is 5507 square feet.
(2) Minimum lot width: 70 feet …… lot is 41.25 feet wide.
