ZBA Public Hearing – Area Variances April 9th, 2026

A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at 250 Broadway to consider the following application for an Area Variances.

Nurettin Ulukaya – Daniel C Kaufman PE – 35 (formerly 37A) Clifford Road they are looking for an Area Variance for development of new homes.

The proposed 1 family home on 35 Clifford road is denied based on Village Code as follows:

Chapter 169 Attachment 2, Schedule B: R-1 zone minimum lot size to be 8,000 square feet. The proposed lot is 5,507 square feet.

Chapter 169 Attachment 2, Schedule B: R-1 zone minimum width of a lot to be 70 feet. The proposed lots are 41.25 feet.
