There will be two Public Hearings held on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 6:00 P.M.

Local Law #1 of 2022 seeking to adopt Chapter 127 Property Maintenance §127- Legislative intent and the Repeal of Chapter 145.8. The Village of Menands Board intends to ensure both Residential and Business premises shall be maintained in conformity with the provisions of this code to assure the desirable residential character of the property to improve the quality of life and aesthetic nature of the Village of Menands.

Proposed Local Law # 2 of 2022: Tax Cap Override authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c. A copy of the Local Laws are available at the Menands Village Office or on the villageofmenands.com website. The regular Board meeting to follow.

Such public hearings are open to the public and handicap accessible. All are encouraged to attend or present comments in writing to Clerk Don Handerhan at email hidden; JavaScript is required before noon on April 4, 2022.
