A presentation will be made, and the board will have an opportunity to ask questions. Members of the
public will also have a chance to ask questions or make comments. Statements of any length may be
submitted to the Board of Trustees to be included in the record if received by NOON on the day of
each Board of Trustees meeting. All rules of public meeting decorum, as adopted on July 3, 2025,
apply.
