5. LaBella 51 Irving Special Use Permit
6. Approval 1 Broadway Subdivision
7. Approval of the 2025 Annual Stormwater Coalition of Albany County Membership
8. Continued discussion of sidewalk repairs report for Brookside and Menand Rd – from BW to CP rail – tabled until 8/5/24 and ADA compliance project.
9. Amend Village handbook to allow employees, except Village Clerk to reside within the boundaries of an abutting county to Albany County.
10. Discuss parking improvement project Phase 1 for MPD area at 250 Broadway
11. 2024 SAM grant discussion – Assemblyman Steck’s request submission
12. Discuss yard waste disposal options
