Special Village Board Meeting Minutes
October 27, 2016

The Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands held on Thursday, October 27th, 2016 was called to order by Mayor Megan Grenier at 6:00 P.M.

PRESENT:

Megan Grenier, Mayor
Steve Boulet, Trustee
Diane Foley, Trustee
Seth Harris, Trustee
Aileen Nicoll, Trustee
Stephen Rehfuss, Village Attorney

Also attending: Bill Garvey

They Mayor led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mayor Grenier read the follow notice:
A special Meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. in the Village Municipal Building at 250 Broadway, Menands, for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter. Such public meetings are open to the public and are accessible to the handicap. All are encouraged to attend or to present comments in writing.

At 6:00 P.M., a motion was made by Trustee Nicoll, seconded by Trustee Foley to enter into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter.

The regular meeting reconvened at 6:45 P.M.

A motion was made by Trustee Harris, seconded by Trustee Boulet to adjourn.
