Public Meeting – NOTICE OF INTENT TO PARTICIPATE

The Village of Menandswill be submitting an application for grant assistance to the New York Departments of State and Environmental Conservation to initiate activities in the Villageof Menandsunder the Brownfield Opportunity Areas (BOA) Program.  The intent of this application is to encourage the reclamation of vacant and/or contaminated sites along the waterfront and establish active uses which will benefit the residents of the Village.  Copies of the application will be available for public review and comment until March 28th, 2012 at the Village Hall.  A public meeting will be held on March 26th, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at theVillage ofMenands, at which time all interested persons will be heard regarding this application.
