There will be a Public Hearing held on Monday, May 1, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. regarding Local Law #4 of 2023 the imposition of Utility Gross Receipts Tax by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands. All are encouraged to attend and comment at or to present comments in writing to Clerk Handerhan before noon on May 1, 2023, at handerhand@dev.menandsny.gov. Such public hearings are open to the public and accessible to the handicapped.
