Public Hearing & Board Meeting Monday, March 20th, 2023

Public Hearings will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. in the Village Municipal Building at 250 Broadway for the purpose of the following:

1. 444 Broadway Subdivision Map.
2. A Local Law Repealing Chapter 153-6 of the Code of the Village of Menands Volunteer Fire Fighters Real Property Tax Exemption and replacing with Local Law number 2 of 2023, Enacting a 10% Property Tax Exemption for Volunteer Firefighters Pursuant to Section 466-a of the Real Property Tax Law.
3. Local Law #3 of the year 2023 authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c.

Such public hearings are open to the public and accessible to the handicapped.
