The purpose of this meeting is to declare SEQRA and then set a public hearing on an application for funding for lead line replacement. Such hearing to be held prior to the regular meeting set for July 20, 2026.
This meeting is open to the public and is handicapped accessible. Pursuant to Article 7 of the New York State Public Officers Law (Open Meetings Law), this notice is being provided to the news media and posted in a conspicuous location. All are encouraged to attend or to submit written comments no later than noon on the day of the meeting to the Village Clerk at dhanderhan@menandsny.gov.
