PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM, in the Board Room, on the second floor, 250 Broadway, Menands, New York.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and take action regarding “Home Rule” Senate and Assembly bill to be submitted for legislative consideration regarding a NYSLRS change for 2 Menands Police Department members.”

This meeting is open to the public. Pursuant to Article 7 of the New York State Public Officers Law (Open Meetings Law), this notice is being provided to the news media and posted in a conspicuous location.

Trustee Nicholas Kalogridis will be attending virtually from the Otesaga Hotel in Cooperstown, NY.

This public meeting is open to the public and is handicapped accessible. Pursuant to Article 7 of the New York State Public Officers Law (Open Meetings Law), this notice is being provided to the news media and posted in a conspicuous location.
