PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM, in the Library of the Menands School 19 Wards Lane, Menands, New York. Please go through the District Offices Door and proceed to the Library.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and take action regarding a Resolution Authorizing , subject to Permissive Referendum, The Replacement of the High Service Reservoir and Additional Improvements, in and for the Village of Menands, Albany County, New York, at a Maximum Estimated Cost of
$6,600,182 and Authorizing the Issuance of $6,600,182 Serial Bonds of Village to Pay the Cost Thereof.

This public meeting is open to the public and is handicapped accessible. Pursuant to Article 7 of the New York State Public Officers Law (Open Meetings Law), this notice is being provided to the news media and posted in a conspicuous location. All are encouraged to attend or to submit written comments no later than noon on the day of the meeting to the Village Clerk at dhanderhan@menandsny.gov.
