The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and take action regarding a Resolution Authorizing , subject to Permissive Referendum, The Replacement of the High Service Reservoir and Additional Improvements, in and for the Village of Menands, Albany County, New York, at a Maximum Estimated Cost of
$6,600,182 and Authorizing the Issuance of $6,600,182 Serial Bonds of Village to Pay the Cost Thereof.
This public meeting is open to the public and is handicapped accessible. Pursuant to Article 7 of the New York State Public Officers Law (Open Meetings Law), this notice is being provided to the news media and posted in a conspicuous location. All are encouraged to attend or to submit written comments no later than noon on the day of the meeting to the Village Clerk at dhanderhan@menandsny.gov.
