NOTICE: The Village of Menands DPW has contracted with East National Water, LLC of Palmer, Massachusetts, to install residential water meters with radios compatible with the Village’s current water meter reading equipment. This new equipment will be installed at no cost to you, the customer.

Please call East National Water, LLC at their toll-free number 1-800-252-8556 or 833-488-4580 to schedule an appointment to install your meter. The office is staffed from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for scheduling; if you call outside of these hours, you may have to leave a message. You will be contacted to arrange your meter change-out appointment. You may also schedule online anytime at: http://eastnationalwater.com/schedule/ by using the Menands appointment link. Please use your 5-digit number code located on the bottom left of the mailing label.

THIS PROCESS IS MANDATORY, and we request a one-hour window of time to schedule the appointment at your property. A responsible adult at least 18 years old must be present for the meter installation to take place. Please make sure the area around your meter installation location (where the water line enters the house) is accessible prior to your scheduled appointment.
