I also participated in eBizDocs (85 Broadway) 25th anniversary – for 15 years they have been in Menands. We congratulate them and will continue to support their growth here in Menands.

I am excited for The Mailworks to continue its success here in Menands. Their transformation of the old Olympic Lanes Bowling property, visible from RT 378, will become another example of our property revitalization efforts. We have been discussing this expansion for some time, and I am glad we figured out how to expand here in Menands together. More to come.

CDTA has finished construction of a multi-use rapid transit terminal for easy use of park-n-ride participants and easy access to the 922, 923, and 22 CDTA bus routes at 80 Broadway.
