Mayor’s Corner – February 2026

Next month, I hope to have confirmation on a large infusion of FEDERAL funding to help continue our progress on the South End Water & Sewer project. We have been waiting 2 years for this funding! Stay tuned!

The Roost Estates and Sage Hill neighborhoods will be undergoing some traffic sign realignment and replacements this spring to ensure compliance with NYS Traffic Code and improve safety. We will also be redesigning the landscaping at “the island” at the intersection of Macaffer and Newell.
