Health Insurance Workshop – November 1, 2017

Minutes of the Health Insurance Workshop held on Wednesday, November 1st, 2017 Mayor Megan Grenier opened the Workshop at 5:30 P.M.

Steve Boulet, Trustee, Aileen Nicoll

Also attending: Judy Ture, Brandon Ture

The Mayor led the Pledge of Allegiance.

The Clerk read the Notice:

A Health Insurance Workshop for Board Members will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands in the Municipal Building at 250 Broadway of such Village on Wednesday, November 1st, 2017 at 5:30 P.M. Such Workshops are open to the public and accessible to the handicapped.

Ms. Judy Ture, the Village’s Insurance Consultant reviewed Health Insurance options for the Village for the 2018 and answered all questions.

At 6:40 P.M. the Mayor adjourned the Workshop to Tuesday, November 14th, 2017 at 5:30 P.M. so Ms. Ture could provide additional information.

The Health Insurance Workshop was reconvened, Tuesday, November 14th, 2017 at 5:30 P.M.

There was a discussion of the options; a decision will be made at the December 4th, 2017 Board Meeting.

The Mayor hearing no other comments closed the Insurance Workshop at 6:30 P.M.
