The workshop will take place in the Conference Room at 250 Broadway, Menands, New York on the second floor. This meeting is open to the public and accessible to individuals with disabilities. The Budget Workshop held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, was called to order by Mayor Brian Marsh at 5:00 P.M.

The Mayor led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mayor Marsh and Treasurer Vredenburg reviewed the preliminary Budget with the Board. The Board went line by line of the budget discussion followed.

Hearing no further questions or comments, the Mayor closed the Budget Workshop at 7:47 P.M.

Trustee Harbour made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Trustee Neuman.
