Budget Workshop – February 27th, 2020

Budget Workshop held on Thursday, February 27, 2020 was called to order by Mayor Megan Grenier at 5:30 P.M.

Donald Handerhan, Village Clerk
William T. Smith, Jr., Village Treasurer

ABSENT:

Aileen Nicoll, Trustee

The Mayor led the Pledge of Allegiance.

The Clerk Read the Notice:

A Budget Workshop for Board Members will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands in the Municipal Building at 250 Broadway of such Village on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 5:30 P.M. Such meetings are open to the public and are accessible to the handicapped.

The Treasurer discussed the proposed Budget for each fund with the Board and answered all questions.

The Mayor will deliver the Preliminary Budget to the Board on Monday, March 16th, 2020.

A Public Hearing was scheduled for Thursday, April 2nd, 2020 at 6:00 P.M.

Hearing no further questions or comments the Mayor closed the Budget Workshop at 7:34 P.M.
