The Budget Workshop held on Thursday, March 9, 2017 was called to order by Mayor Megan Grenier at 5:30 P.M.

The Mayor led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Clerk read the Notice:
A Budget Workshop for Board Members will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands in the Municipal Building of such Village on Thursday, March 9th, 2017 at 5:30 P.M. Such meetings are open to the public and are accessible to the handicapped.
The Treasurer reviewed the Budget for each fund with changes and answered questions.
The Mayor will deliver the Tentative Budget to the Board by Monday, March 20th, 2017.
A Public Hearing was scheduled for Monday, April 3rd, 2017 at 5:00 P.M.
Hearing no further questions or comments the Mayor closed the Budget Workshop at 6:35 P.M.
Mayor Grenier opened the Health Insurance Workshop at 6:36 P.M.
The Clerk read the Notice:
A Health Insurance Workshop for Board Members will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands in the Municipal Building of such Village on Thursday, March 9th, 2017 at 5:30 P.M. Such Workshops are open to the public and accessible to the handicapped.
At 6:37 P.M. Trustee Nicoll made a motion, seconded by Trustee Foley to enter into Executive Session to discuss 2018 personnel healthcare insurance.
